Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what is needed to deliver what you request, operate your purchase and understand what works. We do not sell your information, and marketing email is always optional.

1. Who is responsible

This website, the Mrs. G emails and the Confidence Reset experience are operated by the Maison G project at officiallymrsg.com. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or complaints, email hello@officiallymrsg.com.

2. Information we collect

• Your email address and, where requested, your first name when you join the weekly note, request Letter Zero, buy Confidence Reset or ask us to email your Visibility Audit result.
• Your optional survey answers and Instagram handle when you choose to provide them.
• When you message the Mrs. G Instagram professional account, the message content, Instagram-scoped account identifier, message time and technical delivery identifiers needed to receive, review and respond to your request. We do not use these messages to build advertising profiles.
• For the Visibility Audit, the total score and result band calculated in your browser. The seven individual answers are not sent to us or stored.
• Your optional age range and primary interest when you choose to provide them with an audit request.
• The time of your request, a submission identifier, consent status and, when marketing is selected, the consent wording version and time.
• Source and attribution information such as landing page, referrer, UTM parameters and available click identifiers.
• Checkout, payment, order, tax, refund and digital-delivery records created when you buy or cancel a product. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Website and shop usage data such as page views, button events, sessions and ecommerce events, subject to the settings of the site or shop you visit.
• Technical security logs held by our hosting and form providers.

3. How we use it

• To send the weekly Mrs. G email containing good news and a horoscope when you explicitly consent.
• To deliver Letter Zero as the welcome gift connected with that subscription.
• To email the Visibility Audit result you requested and fulfil a Confidence Reset purchase.
• To review survey responses and contact selected participants about an online conversation.
• To validate requests, prevent duplicate delivery and abuse, and preserve consent, unsubscribe and buyer-suppression status.
• To attribute visits, requests, checkout and purchases to a traffic source and measure aggregate funnel performance.
• To reconcile payment, product access, delivery, support, cancellation and refunds.
• To respond to messages and privacy requests.
• To receive and route messages sent voluntarily to the Mrs. G Instagram account. Automated handling is limited to the request you initiate; a person reviews any response before it is sent during the current pilot.

The weekly note is intended to contain positive editorial content rather than product promotions. We do not sell or rent subscriber information.

4. Consent and unsubscribing

We send marketing email only after a separate affirmative opt-in. Submitting a survey, joining a waitlist, buying a product or requesting a Visibility Audit result does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. The requested audit-result email may still be sent when marketing is declined. Unsubscribing stops later promotional messages but does not prevent essential order, access, delivery, support, cancellation or refund communication.

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us to unsubscribe or delete you by writing to hello@officiallymrsg.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully.

5. Service providers

We use service providers only to run the website and communications:

• Netlify for website hosting and technical delivery.
• Plausible Analytics for aggregated, privacy-friendly website measurement without advertising profiles.
• Fourthwall as merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax, order, refund and digital-product delivery.
• Make for validation, deduplication, routing and automation of result and waitlist requests.
• Google Sheets for restricted operational records of requests, consent, audit results and attribution.
• Gmail for the requested result and other approved email delivery.
• Meta/Instagram for receiving messages you voluntarily send to the Mrs. G Instagram account.
• Google Analytics 4 for shop behaviour and ecommerce measurement on Fourthwall, subject to the shop’s configuration.

Providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on their contractual transfer safeguards and applicable data-protection mechanisms.

6. Cookies and tracking

The main officiallymrsg.com site uses Plausible for cookie-free aggregate measurement. Our Fourthwall shop uses its own necessary technologies and may use Google Analytics 4 for shop and ecommerce measurement. Their cookies or similar technologies depend on the shop configuration and your available choices. We do not use the Visibility Audit answers to build advertising profiles. External services reached through links on this site, including the shop and social networks, have their own privacy practices.

7. Retention

• Marketing contact records are kept while you remain subscribed. A minimal suppression record may be kept after unsubscribe so that we honour your choice.
• Audit-result requests, scores, attribution records, surveys and correspondence are kept only while needed for delivery, reconciliation, support, measurement, security or an applicable legal obligation, then deleted or anonymised under the approved retention schedule.
• Consent evidence is kept as needed to demonstrate and honour your choice.
• Order, refund, tax and accounting evidence is kept for the period required by applicable law and operational obligations.
• Automation, hosting and security logs follow restricted operational schedules and the provider’s applicable settings.

You may ask which category applies to you or request deletion by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained where law, fraud prevention, accounting or an unresolved transaction requires it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Security and children

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable service providers, but no internet service can promise absolute security. The website and newsletter are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the newsletter provider or our practices change. The current version and update date will always appear on this page.
